holidays
In a few days the pgp tennis court will be lonely...
The streets too will be strolled by decrementing number of people as Christmas Day draws near. And it will be lonely... Maybe... But maybe I won't be gravely affected by it; besides i like to stroll in places where there aren't many people albeit preferably with friends. Some people will still be here anyway so I'm not really posting some grievings. In fact, not at all. Hall work keeps me busy and tired everyday, and oh I forgot, sleepless too. And really, I was glad someone was glad and even wanted me to stay here for the holidays; well at least I know someone would protest if I'd go back so I am not going to consider the thought again.
I do not know what to expect for my Christmas Eve here in Singapore, last year's was nice but this year's? There are plans, and they can be exciting. I hope it would be fun! I wont be expecting much though. =)
It's wonderful to see friends visit my room and indeed i had some of them today, unexpectedly. I was glad to see them (Ferron, Michael and NA, and of course Jose!-->he visited earlier hehe) although my room was still suffering from my exam hang over. It was ages ago, but as I see it, exam's effects can be long term! Anyway, back to friends. Ferron is also leaving tomorrow but Jose's flight is earlier. I managed to excuse myself from stage crew work to see off Ferron.^_^. And yeah, an IKEA dayout with Michael and company (??? yet to ask? NA?Arthur? Gelo? Robs?) this weekend... And a friday nightout with Arthur, NA, NA's friends and more; hopefully, I could go out with them and stage crew work won't impede me...
Since I have mentioned stage crew a couple of times already, might as well talk about our work. Yesterday (as in before 12 midnight) it was revealed to us that the stage crew task is way dreamy, way harder than last year's. Well I can see it as dreamy, but our stage engineer and the other heads are a bunch of workaholics, so I believe we can do it . Besides, I like to work when I know I'm not the only one working "hard", I will do what I think I can.^_^ and it is finally confirmed that the hall play's title is " Memories of Red Autumn"... BTW, remember i mentioned 50% of the scenes will be in the bedroom? We will be the ones who'll make the bed from scratch! And guess what? The actor/s and/or actress/es will just be sitting on it!haha... but anyway, on the 27th of december I will know what the whole story is all about, and of course see how they will use the set we worked hard for! I hope they'd justify the effort and the future efforts that we put and will put into the set. exciting! hehe. I have a strong feeling stage crew involves restoration pretty much at the end of hall play, but anyway, I know my new found friends (hope so) would be with me and we will do the task of restoration together in a happy state...^_^
